Du Nord Social Spirits

Du Nord Social Spirits was founded in Minneapolis in 2013 by Chris and Shanelle Montana, making history as one of the first Black-owned distilleries in the United States. They use grain from Shanelle's family farm to produce vodka, coffee liqueur, whiskey, and gin.

Chris Montana co-founded Du Nord Social Spirits with his wife Shanelle in 2013. A former attorney, he left his legal career to build one of the first Black-owned distilleries in the United States. Du Nord's Foundation Vodka is now served on all Delta domestic flights.
